aeo.press provides tools and analytics to help businesses improve their visibility inside Large Language Model (LLM) chatbots. Our Service includes:

  • Analyzing your website’s structure, metadata, and discoverability for AI agents.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of llms.txt files.
  • Providing analytics on how LLMs might interpret and surface your content.
  • Offering recommendations to improve trust and relevance for chatbot responses.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI chatbot responses, or inclusion in any LLM-generated answers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of your login credentials, and be responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Service’s source code.
  • Use the Service to infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay applicable fees and understand that all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user-provided data) are owned by aeo.press or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

We may collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you provide but grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We are not responsible for the behavior, accuracy, or availability of these services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee that:

  • Your website will appear in LLM chatbot responses.
  • LLMs will accurately interpret your content.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aeo.press and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Utah.
